FAQ

When can I expect delivery?

On submitting an order we aim to post the parcel within two days, but recognize that circumstances could arise when a few days longer is required.

Our preference is to use Australia Post for both domestic and international deliveries, though other providers may be used.

Estimates for parcel delivery from Melbourne are available on the Australia Post website.  These can range from 2 days for local deliveries to 7 to 21 days for international deliveries.  Apart from committing to post the parcels within five days of your order, we unfortunately have no further control over delivery times.

Should you want an urgent delivery or require delivery before a specific date, please contact us and we will try our best to meet your requirements.

How are shipping costs determined?

For deliveries in Australia up to two units, Australia Post - pre paid satchels are used.

For deliveries to outside Australia up to three units, shipping costs are determined by Australia Post international postal costs.

The checkout page will automatically calculate your shipping costs as described above.

If you want to order an amount that is non-standard, to country that is not listed or have special requirements, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your requirements.

What happens if something is damaged or faulty?

For online purchases, your order is checked prior to shipment. However upon receipt, please inspect your purchase yourself and notify us of any damage as soon as possible.  On return of damaged or faulty goods we will arrange a prompt replacement.

Is there tracking?

Tracking is included in the cost of shipping for deliveries within Australia.

For deliveries outside Australia, tracking is an additional cost. For efficiency purposes, please contact us and we can arrange for this and absorb the additional costs for tracking for orders of two or more units. Unfortunately we cannot offer tracking services for orders of single units.
